"Is it me or is it 1987?" one asks, seeing a tuxedo shirt about to be placed on Nearl. "Is this really Babar's house?" Xander Crews' stormtroopers are working hard to straighten out the vagrant so he can take the place of the missing Crews, thereby stopping new boss Stan from making their heads explode - but, as with everything about these guys, it quickly turns into bickering. "Wow," the mentally-deficient homeless guy Nearl asks at the beginning, while he's being cleaned up in the Xtacles' flying fortress. In actuality, the adventures of Killface and Xander (as Barnaby Jones) offer only a small percentage of the action in " Flowers for Nearl," the latest episode of the deliriously twisted show. But then again, not every show is Frisky Dingo. It's not every show that culminates in a naked skeleton-man and equally naked pretty boy standing side-by-side on an illegal-labor assembly line, screwing heads on action figures of elderly super heroes.
